Our Return Procedure

Should you decide you want to return an item (whether for a refund or exchange), please contact us on killarneycelticjewelery.com within 30 days of receiving your order with a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Please include your original order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email) or your name & delivery address.
Place the piece(s) in the original packaging and seal securely. In such instances, the customer must cover the cost of the return of goods. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return the parcel using a reputable signed delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods as we are unable to refund any goods lost or damaged in transit. The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We also recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

Within your exchange package, please include the following:

Order Number
Detail the reason for exchange
The Item you would like to purchase as part of the exchange
Your full postal address
Your telephone number so that we may call you to arrange payment for the return shipping, alternatively you may use your own national postal service to return the item.
