Shipping policy

Our staff in the workshop are wearing gloves to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. All storage and packing areas are cleaned and disinfected three times per day and strict hygiene standards following the WHO recommendations has been put in place to guarantee our staff's and your safety. Products are disinfected before we dispatched them, and returned items are also disinfected.

Killarney Celtic Jewelry delivery charges:

We ship our goods on daily basis Monday - Friday, using An Post (Irish Postal service) or DHL Express. Our ‘Free Delivery offer’ does not include tracking but your item can be shipped with tracking at an extra cost please see below.
If you pay extra for tracking an Email with tracking info will be sent after your order has been dispatched using An Post Tracking + DHL Express

We have three methods of shipping:

1: An Post (Irish Postal Service) mail not tracked.

2. An Post (Irish Post Service) + Track your item online

OUTSIDE TAXES & DUTIES, OUR STANDPOINT
Please note that any taxes and/ or duties on your order will NOT be included in your online total and are not the responsibility of Killarney Celtic Jewery

DHL Worldwide will charge the package recipient all applicable duty, taxes and /or brokerage fees, should any apply, at time of delivery. As the Killarney Celtic Jewlery has no control over such taxes or charges, they are not calculated in your online total.
